I’m Amithanand Dsilva.
For fifteen years I’ve been the person founders and CXOs of India’s mid-market call when a decision is too big to get wrong: a senior hire, a pricing move, a new market, an acquisition, a capital commitment.
I don’t give opinions. I run the decision through Viveka, my 6-Lens Framework — Strategic, Financial, Operational, Risk, People and Customer — and it ends where every hard call should: a clear verdict. Proceed. Proceed with conditions. Or don’t.
Why I built the discipline
